Fees

The package fee is $2,500.00, which includes:

• Regular prenatal visits including one home visit at approximately 36 weeks of pregnancy
• Use of our lending library
• Labor, birth, and immediate postpartum care for mom and baby
• Newborn exam
• Assistant fee
• Postpartum visits at the client's home at 24 - 48 hours, 3 days, and 1 week
• Postpartum visit at 3 weeks and 6 weeks with contraceptive counseling

This fee does not include:

• Lab work
• Birth kit
• Newborn screening or other tests required by law
• Any referred services (for example: ultrasound and genetic testing)
• Birth tub rental
• Rh immune globulin injection (may be needed for Rh negative women)
• Any costs incurred for back-up care or hospital transport
• Insurance biller's fee

NOTE:If you have to go the hospital during labor, birth, or postpartum, or if the baby has to go to the hospital, none of the hospital bills are covered by Heartfelt Midwifery Services LLC.

Early Cash Discount

Clients may receive a 10% discount of $250 if they pay in full by 32 weeks. This reduces the fee to $2,250.00.

Private Insurance

You are responsible for paying the entire package fee of $2,500 by 36 weeks, unless eligible for an early cash discount, regardless of insurance reimbursement. We cannot guarantee that the insurance company will accept your claim. If your insurance company does cover our services we will send you a refund. Your refund amount will be affected by any deductibles (for you and your baby), and any co-payments that are required by your policy.

If you have insurance or health care coverage, our billing service will bill your insurance company or health carrier for you. Our billing service may bill your insurance company or health carrier for the following services related to your care including, but not limited to:

• Initial visit
• lab work
• OB global fee including prenatal care, labor and birth, and newborn care
• birth assistance
• supplies
• newborn exams
• newborn metabolic screening
• postpartum home visits
